Original Reiki by Ole Gabrielsen is a simple, powerful healing system designed to connect you directly to universal life energy through attunement. Unlike Usui Reiki, this system returns to the roots of Reiki as it was practiced before the addition of predefined hand positions, specific meditation practices, and symbols like Dai Ko Myo. During attunement, your chakras and energy channels are opened and strengthened, allowing you to channel Reiki energy through your hands by intention. The energy can be used for self-healing, as well as for animals, plants, and water. The system consists of three levels and four attunements, and includes the three traditional symbols taught in Reiki 2. Original Reiki is inspired by Usui’s early work but is not Usui Reiki; instead, it draws directly from the original source of Reiki energy for a pure, intuitive healing experience.
